Mr. Fitz and the Test Score Zombies!

I drew this series back in 2010. Here is is, 2019, and sadly, nothing has changed. We are as obsessed with test scores as ever. I wish this series was no longer relevant, and that we could look back on it and laugh about how silly we all were to be so obsessed over silly, pointless tests.

My hope is that the satire still stings, and that little by little, by continuing to tell the truth, we can get rid of these destructive and awful tests that are turning our schools into test-score factories and too many of the adults in our schools into score-obsessed zombies.

It can’t happen soon enough.
